You know; things like executive dinners, travel, staffing and any number of other trade show related requests.

Predictable Costs Outcomes

Never go over budget again! Cost over runs or addendum invoices will not take place when dealing with Steelhead and that is because every scope of work, large or small, is quoted up front in a detailed proposal. When agreed upon, an invoice for that amount is issued and work commences. Under no circumstance will you face additional charges for that scope of work.

This practice has little to do with estimating and almost everything to do with philosophy. A philosophy in that you call on Steelhead for our expertise in designing, building, and deploying the finest quality custom rental exhibits vailable; and that we are accountable to the agreed upon budget. Seems fair enough, right?

True Turnkey Services

True Turn-Key means just that; you arrive to the show and everything booth related has been taken care of. Exhibit shipping, labor, audio visual, graphics, on-site supervision, EAC forms, early move-in and variance requests, will all be coordinated and handled for you. This is more than just trade show service form fulfillment, we prepay for all of the services and provide you with one consolidated invoice before the show! At the end of the show, simply gather your things and say your good-byes; maybe even grab a drink-you deserve it.

Consolidated Invoicing
