The 2019 show is just around the corner, hitting the Sands Expo in Vegas, September 18-21. As we draw closer to this year’s event, we’re taking a sharp look at the best ways to stand out from the crowd.

EyeMed is a vision care benefits innovator and one of the fastest growing benefits providers in the country. For Vision Expo West, they wanted a design that was as fresh and exciting as their pioneering products.

Their marketing team's inspiration centered around ideas that reflected organic, whimsical, refreshing, and modern style choices and colors. But they didn’t just need a booth that looked great. EyeMed needed an exhibit that was functional and included:

  • Distinct areas for presentations, conversations, and interactive demos
  • Plenty of storage
  • Eye-catching design

Creating a Booth Big on Utility and Style

We set up EyeMed with a 20 x 30 ft design that incorporated all of their logistical requirements in an attractively modern package. Here’s what it included:

  • Interactive digital media zone
  • Storage tower that maximized height allowances
  • Conversation station with high-top table and seating
  • Media presentation zone with 60” monitor

Bold orange and purple inlaid carpet tiles added a fun flair and distinguished the demo area and conversation station. Graphic light boxes in the 16-foot storage tower made EyeMed’s logo pop, and a clear partition helped keep their presentation area quiet while allowing the booth to feel open.

EyeMed’s Vision Expo West booth aligned with their team’s marketing goals and stylistic vision. With creative use of inlaid carpet, graphic light boxes, and presentation partitions, EyeMed got an exhibit that attracted attendees and functioned for booth staff.
