Next August, right around the time it’s usually a billion degrees in Las Vegas, thousands of information security leaders and company will be enjoying the ample air conditioning at Black Hat USA 2020.
This six-day conference (four days of technical training, two days of conference) is always bustling and crowded. That can make standing out on the crowded show floor tricky.
If you’re planning on going in 2020 and are looking for some inspiration, we’ve got you covered. Here’s what we did for cyber analytics company ExtraHop at the 2019 show.
ExtraHop’s presence at the 2019 conference was in a larger space than in years past. 30x30 compared to 20x20, to be exact.
Since it was important for the company to keep a similar look and feel, they needed an expanded design to fill out the space without breaking what wasn’t already broken.
Because ExtraHop is a repeat client of ours, we were able to come up with a solution that maximized the space without radically changing their previous designs.
We also added more demo stations and a lounge for attendees to kick back in during the show. A cool corner LED wall caught the eye of attendees as they drifted through the hall.
Without reinventing the wheel, we were able to provide ExtraHop with an expanded and refreshed presence that captured the attention of attendees.
This just goes to show that you don’t have to completely shake things up to make yourself feel new. Sometimes, all you need is a little more real estate and a rethink in design to rock a trade show you’ve been to many times.
