Las Vegas is ready and eager for the greatest comeback!
The trade show business is one of the industries most greatly impacted by COVID-19. As different parts of the world began to shut down, many of us experienced a range of emotions and reactions as we questioned what would happen to trade shows and live events as we knew them.
Even though events are still cancelling or in the process of going virtual for 2020, the good news is that, as states reopen, some shows have committed to going live! This is in part due to the efforts of the opening of convention centers under new and strict guidelines for social distancing and sanitization procedures.
This glimmer of hope has the industry abuzz again, as we learn how to navigate exhibitions in the new world.
The following shows are still live as scheduled:
- NACS Show
- Money 20/20
- Solar Power International/North America Smart Energy Week
- SHOT Show
It’s no surprise that most of these shows will be held in Las Vegas, the trade show capital of the U.S. All eyes will be on our venues as they open events while learning new protocols for safety.
We’ve also been anxiously awaiting the grand opening of the biggest, baddest convention center of them all: The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC).
