NCHS had worked with one particular design company for years, but they had become frustrated by a lack of support from their partner.

For HIMSS 2018, they planned to unveil their launch of Insight, an innovative location-tracking software. Insight was designed to be used by hospitals to help monitor patients and staff to improve workflow solutions. NCHS was the first to implement it, and they hoped to share their success in a big way at HIMSS.

We listened to the company’s concerns and illustrated how our proven design process worked. With clear communication, a transparent process, guaranteed pricing, and on-site support during the show, we made it clear to NCHS that we’d do whatever it took to help them realize their marketing goals and reduce stress for their team at the show.

Working with their marketing teams, we came up with a cohesive 20’ x 30’ design that included:

  • Curved, overhead architectural walls
  • Corner-placed demo stations
  • Multiple monitors
  • Reception area positioned to take advantage of the main source of traffic flow

Our review process ensured that NCHS had the opportunity to weigh in with revisions. We gave them plenty of time to share the design with all stakeholders so no one was left out of the loop.

Once the design was approved, we carefully labeled, packed, and shipped their booth to the site, where we took care of the exhibit build. Throughout the process, we made sure NCHS understood exactly what we were doing, and we supported all of their requests for last-minute changes.

On-site support — set-up and installation, during the show, and teardown services ensured their staff could focus on meeting and following up with clients, instead of worrying about setup, teardown, or shipping and handling.
