With the SEMA Show coming up quickly in November, the time for planning is now.
Located at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. Are you ready for it?
Here’s a case study with ALLDATA to help you get your juices flowing . . .
Creating an Experience to Match Expertise
ALLDATA prides itself in its products and partnerships that elevate automotive technology. Created by industry experts, for experts, they have been the industry’s leading “original equipment manufacturer” for over 33 years.
But how could they truly demonstrate their expertise to the world in time for one of the biggest trade shows of the year?
It was certainly a challenge. But all of us — their internal team and our own Steelheaders — were up to the task.
Leveraging a 30’ x 30’ island design, ALLDATA was located in the heart of all the action. In truth, all roads lead to them.
And the approach was spectacular — attracting the crowds with a massive hanging sign and bright LED tile video wall with ALLDATA’s brand shining bright.
And because their audience is made up of automotive buffs and specialists, we chose big automotive tool chests (even had the wheels) for our cabinetry choice. They stood out as conversation points — and reinforced who they are and the work they’re proud of. And that’s not even including the “you’ve arrived at the finish line” checkered flooring.
That’s not all. We designed 14 demo stations with 43’’ monitors. This enabled customers to easily interact and engage with the products and expertise of the brand. And 2 additional self-serve demo stations for people who weren’t ready to talk just yet.
Making Your Brand Sing with Exhibit Rentals
In case you’re thinking, “There’s no way we could pull off that kind of brand focus and intensity and purchase an entirely new booth before the SEMA show,” you’re right. Not only would that be extremely cost prohibitive, but it would also result in a lot of excess waste.
That’s one of the many things that makes booth rental so great. Because you don’t own the materials, you don’t have to worry about storage, maintenance, or the high costs associated with keeping your marketing up-to-date. All you have to do is call us up and tell us what you need, and we’ll put together the exhibit of your dreams.
