2019 is sure to be an exciting year, with significant investment and growth for Steelhead. Our focus on target markets has never been more clear and we have exciting plans for expanding our brand impression.
Last year, we set company records in Q3 and Q4 for new client acquisition. Looking ahead, we plan to use innovative strategies to grow the business even more.
In 2019, we plan to make significant investments in our business. We’ve already committed a half-million dollars to expand our inventory further. These new assets will provide our clients with creative options while increasing our capacity to serve a growing client base.
For staff development, one of the things we’re most proud of is our Readers are Leaders book club. Every quarter, our leadership team selects a book recommended by the broader business community. Steelheaders sign up to read the book and discuss it with other staff. The purpose of the club is to energize Steelheaders who are thirsty for more personal growth and development. In 2018, we had 60% employee participation. For 2019, we couldn’t be more excited to continue investing in our employees through the program.
Providing our customers with the best service possible is always a top priority. That’s why we created weekly feedback loops where Steelheaders identify ways to improve the services we provide to customers. That review process has never been healthier or more powerful.
Our staff has also been hard at work automating processes and utilizing new technology. We plan to add more efficiencies in 2019 that will help our customers save even more time and money.
Finally, we’re excited to launch several new sustainability initiatives. We will continue to position our business as a responsible provider of exhibit solutions.
