In 2017 we began to ask our clients a simple question after each project “On a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to recommend Steelhead to a friend or colleague?” Over this period, the average score has been 9.4 (well technically 9.417 but who’s counting). Uh, we are. What began as an interest in our customer satisfaction has now become a standard of proof which each Steelheader is dedicated to upholding.
